Edits on “The Importance of a Business Plan in Freelance Editing.”

I edited this paper for increased flow and cohesion. I reworded when necessary for clarity and concision, and helped with some minor formatting issues. After helping with the more substantial changes, I did a light copy edit for surface level mechanical and grammatical issues. I used track changes on Microsoft Word for my editing.

Edits on “Style Guide for XOS.”

I edited this paper for a group of fellow editors and classmates at BYU. The editing process on this paper was a bit unique, seeing as the authors of the manuscript are skilled editors themselves. The formatting was already in really good shape, and I ended up finding some surface-level errors to adjust to get the document into the best condition possible. I used track changes on Microsoft Word for my editing.

Edits on “How do Writers Define Editing?”

This paper was a draft of a larger work. In a handful of instances, I ended up adding some additional words or phrases that were necessary for reader comprehension. I also suggested some larger-scale formatting changes that would aid the readability of the document. After this was complete, I finished with a standard copy edit to catch any grammar or punctuation errors I had missed. I used track changes on Microsoft Word for my editing.
